These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stadium Pro · Bolão Copa do Mundo mobile application ("App") by you ("User"). By downloading, installing, creating an account or otherwise using the App, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is developed and operated by Wladmyr Almeida, individual developer, contact wladmyralmeida@gmail.com, hereinafter "Developer".
To use social features and cross-device sync, you must create an Account. Provide truthful information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
Only one Account per natural person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, social simulations, achievements or in-app economy is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent banning.
All activity originated from your Account is your responsibility. Notify the Developer immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
By publishing content within the App (predictions, sticker-trade messages, display name, profile picture, comments), you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and process such content, solely to operate the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and represent that it:
The Developer may remove any content that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Stadium Pro offers a free social simulation of match predictions for the 2026 national team season, with a ranking among users by points calculated by the system.
The App may offer optional purchases, processed exclusively by the authorized platforms:
The Developer does not store card data. Refunds and disputes follow the policy of each platform:
Coins, gems and Smart Pack tickets are limited-use licenses within the App, with no monetary value outside the App. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other accounts, sold to third parties or exchanged for real money/goods.
The Pro version may be offered as a recurring subscription. Auto-renewal follows the rules of the store where it was purchased. You can cancel at any time at:

Violations may result in Account ban, with no right to refund of purchases made.
All content within the App — code, design, Stadium Pro brand, illustrations, texts, icons — is owned by the Developer or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
Names of national teams, players, sticker numbers and references to the World Cup are informational, based on public records of squad calls. Stadium Pro is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by FIFA, FIFPro, Panini, CBF or any national federation or official league.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App per these Terms. Any use beyond this scope (modification, distribution, derivative work) requires prior written authorization.
You may delete your Account at any time within the App at Profile → Settings → "Delete account", or via e-mail to wladmyralmeida@gmail.com. Upon confirmation, your personal data is removed within 30 days from operational systems and within 90 days from backups, per our Privacy Policy.
The Developer may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, in cases of:
Termination for violation does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of predictions or uninterrupted availability.
The Developer does not warrant that the App will be free of errors, interruptions, delays, data loss or that it will meet all your expectations. Real-life match results and sports standings are beyond the App's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use (or inability to use) the App.
The Developer's total liability, in any event, is limited to the amount you actually paid to the Developer in the last twelve (12) months, or USD 10.00 (ten dollars), whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the Developer's willful misconduct or to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law (consumer rights statutes in your jurisdiction).
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claim, lawsuit, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Brasília, Federal District, are elected to settle any disputes, except for the consumer's right to elect the court of their domicile (Brazilian CDC, art. 101, I).
Users outside Brazil agree that, to the extent allowed by their local law, these Terms prevail; mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain preserved.
The Developer may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the App (banner or notification) with at least 15 days' prior notice. Continued use of the App after the effective date represents acceptance of the new Terms. The "Effective from" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
